TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE



1. Booking


1.1 By making a booking on our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.


1.2 To book a stay, please provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, desired dates of stay, number of guests, etc.


1.3 The booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from us, along with payment details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at +33 (0)6 45 54 46 57 or by email: [email protected]


2. Arrival Policy


We will welcome you between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please specify this when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.


3. Departure Policy


We kindly ask that you vacate the cottage by 10:00 AM at the latest.


4. Rates and Payment


Payment for your stay is made according to the terms indicated at the time of booking, including the total amount, any applicable service fees, and the cancellation policy.


4.1 Standard Rate


All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card on the date of arrival.


* The full amount, 100% of the reservation, will be charged 14 days before your arrival.


* A security deposit of €250 will be held on your credit card on the day of your arrival. This amount will be released 7 days after your departure.


* You have two payment options: credit card or bank transfer.


4.2 Modifications


For any changes regarding the number of people or the dates of your stay (within reason and subject to the cancellation policy), please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.


4.3 Cancellation


The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. A charge of 50% of the total amount will be applied if the cancellation is made within 28 days of arrival. In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Less than 28 days before arrival: 50% charge

No-show: 100% charge


4.4 Non-refundable rate


Additional charges, such as local taxes, service charges, or security deposits, may apply. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.


5. Guest responsibilities


5.1 Guests are required to comply with the house rules and policies during their stay:


- This is a non-smoking property.


- Pets are not allowed.


- Parties/events are not permitted.


- There are no quiet hours.


5.2 Guests are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.


5.3 Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The property accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage.


6. Property Responsibilities


6.1 We are committed to being available throughout your stay to make it as pleasant as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for disruptions or incidents beyond our control.


6.2 Guests are responsible for taking all necessary precautions when using the swimming pool, especially if they are staying with young children, who must be supervised by the owners.


The property is not responsible for supervision. 6.3 Should you encounter any problems during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can take the necessary steps to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
