This fully renovated and air-conditioned single-storey 80 m² mazet is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Living space: A bright, air-conditioned room combining a comfortable lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.).

Sleeping area (individual air conditioning):

Bedroom 1: 160 × 200 cm double bed with large wardrobe

Bedroom 2: 160 × 200 cm bed, convertible into two twin beds (80 × 200 cm), with wardrobe and en-suite shower room

Bathrooms & facilities: A second independent shower room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate indoor toilets for added comfort.

Terraces & garden: Enjoy a shaded terrace, a patio with outdoor lounge furniture, and various relaxation areas surrounded by Provençal greenery.
